- Successfully represented Don King Productions, Inc. in a non-dischargeability action against a world champion boxer.
- Representing the chapter 7 trustee in litigating multiple preference actions.
- Representing the chapter 7 trustee in Maxim Enterprises and researching and litigating fraudulent conveyance and preference actions.
- Representing multiple guarantors in defense against a financial institution seeking personal judgments based on purported guarantees.
