Monica Rossbach is a trial attorney with extensive experience in a wide variety of state and federal litigation matters, including complex commercial, SEC enforcement proceedings and various tort and products liability litigation. Monica also handles adversary proceedings in high profile Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcies.

  • Representation of the Trustee over the Piper Aircraft Corporation Irrevocable Trust Agreement against aviation tort claims
  • Representation of Chapter 7 trustees in administration of the bankruptcy estate and research and litigate fraudulent conveyance and preference actions
  • Handle multiple jury and non-jury trials on commercial foreclosures, breaches of contract, lender liability actions, admiralty and maritime litigation
