Sheldon Polish concentrates his practice in all areas of income and estate tax law, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, individuals and estates and trusts. He is also heavily involved in the areas of federal income tax controversies at all levels of the Internal Revenue Service and estate planning, trust and probate.

  • Represented numerous companies and individuals in connection with disputes with the Internal Revenue Service regarding federal income tax, estate tax and gift tax matters
  • Represented numerous clients in corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and dispositions
