Estee Segan is an associate in Berger Singerman’s Miami office and a member of the firm’s Business, Finance & Tax team. She focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, and general business law.
She has developed experience conducting legal research and drafting memoranda for both federal and state courts, observing courtroom proceedings, and assisting with compliance and corporate governance matters. Her work has also included supporting businesses with contract review, financial reconciliations, and regulatory protocols, providing a strong foundation for her corporate practice.
