Berger Singerman congratulates Leonard K. Samuels on his selection as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), Proven Trial Lawyers, for 2026.
 
The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society whose membership is limited to less than one-half of one percent of North American lawyers, judges, and scholars. Fellowship is by invitation only and recognizes excellence and accomplishment in litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, along with a strong ethical reputation.
 
Lenny handles complex business litigation matters, often arising out of employment-related or ownership-related disputes. His experience includes non-compete litigation, trade secrets disputes, tortious interference claims, and matters involving breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty.
