Daniel H. Aronson Named Best Lawyers Venture Capital Law Lawyer of the Year for 2012 by Best Lawyers
Daniel H. Aronson, a shareholder with the Florida business law firm Berger Singerman, has been named “Miami Best Lawyers Venture Capital Law Lawyer of the Year” for 2012, by Best Lawyers, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession.
After more than a quarter of a century in publication, Best Lawyers is designating “Lawyers of the Year” in high-profile legal specialties in large legal communities. Only a single lawyer in each specialty in each community is being honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.”

Aronson is group leader of the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice. He has practiced for more than 25 years in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, other sophisticated finance and capital markets transactions, general corporate law and international business transactions. He serves as Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he has designed, published course materials and taught courses concerning Business Organizations, Securities Regulation, Drafting Business Documents and Transaction Skills. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Florida Venture Forum, where he has served as Chairman of the Board and Chair or Co-Chair of the annual Florida Venture Capital Conference. He is also an Executive Advisory Board member of the Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the University of Florida Warrington College of Business Administration.
