Our Retail Services Team works closely with our real estate attorneys in serving clients in the retail industry, as well as clients whose clients and customers are retailers. We represent clients in developing and acquiring properties, obtaining necessary entitlements and zoning approvals, resolving environmental issues, negotiating leases, and negotiating project financing. We are experienced in working with retailers in analyzing the impact of store openings or closings on a retail chain.
