We are Florida based, with substantial offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Tallahassee, but with a global footprint and resources. We respect our limited  role as co-counsel and referral counsel. Referring firms outside of Florida note that we are Florida based, without a competing presence outside of Florida. Moreover, we respect and protect our referring counsel’s client relationships. Ours is a “no poach” policy; strictly and sincerely. We champion our referring counsel and strive to reinforce and enhance their relationships with their clients entrusted to us for discrete matters. We communicate regularly so that referring counsel remain aware of matters we are handling for their clients. We undertake no subsequent work beyond the initial engagement referred to us without disclosure and the referring firm’s acknowledgment.
