Michael Freiburghouse

Michael Freiburghouse is Berger Singerman’s Chief Financial Officer. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s financial function, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial operations. Michael works closely with firm leadership to support the firm’s long-term objectives and advance key initiatives across the firm.

Michael brings more than a decade of experience in accounting and financial leadership, with a strong track record of guiding organizations through expansion, operational enhancements, and complex transactions. He has experience across public accounting, private equity, SaaS, healthcare, and digital marketing. Most recently, Michael served as Chief Financial Officer of Site Impact, where he oversaw financial strategy and operations.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and Master of Accounting from Florida State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
