Matt Kramer is a partner in Berger Singerman’s Miami office and a member of the Business, Finance & Tax Team. He is a legal strategist and advisor with deep expertise in guiding owners, developers, buyers, and distressed investors through complex commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes structuring sophisticated financial arrangements—such as mezzanine financing, private equity investments, and EB-5 funding—to drive successful outcomes for clients in a competitive real estate market.

Matt’s specialties include representing parties in commercial foreclosure proceedings and loan workouts, crafting practical solutions to safeguard investments, recover assets, and mitigate risks. His expertise also extends to construction financing, code compliance, title matters, and corporate restructuring, providing clients with comprehensive legal support at every stage of their transactions.
