Edward Baker is an associate on the firm’s Business, Finance & Tax Team and Real Estate Law practice, based in Miami. His practice focuses on commercial real estate law, providing transactional counsel in commercial real estate matters. Prior to joining Berger Singerman, Edward served as a real estate associate at Duval & Stachenfeld LLP in New York City, where he serviced a wide roster of clients, from private and public real estate firms, family offices to joint venture groups, and private investors. Edward also has regulatory experience in Land Use and Zoning.
Edward attended Loyola University New Orleans where he earned his B.A. in Political Science and received his M.A. in Urban Policy and Administration from Brooklyn College and his J.D. from New York Law School.
