Robin J. Rubens is a partner in Berger Singerman’s Miami office and a member of its Business Reorganization and Dispute Resolution Teams. For decades, Robin has represented Chapter 11 debtors, as well as liquidating trustees, plan administrators, secured creditors, landlords, buyers and equity owners in Chapter 11 cases. Robin also has significant experience representing both assignors and assignees in Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors insolvency proceedings in Florida state courts, and handles loan restructurings, loan workouts bankruptcy litigation and complex commercial litigation cases.
