Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is pleased to announce that Marc L. Levine has joined the firm as a Partner on the Dispute Resolution Team. He will be resident in the firm’s Orlando office. His addition represents the latest step in the firm’s ongoing growth and commitment to serving clients across Central Florida.
A seasoned trial and appellate attorney, Levine brings more than 15 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. His practice spans high-stakes matters, including contract enforcement, real estate and construction litigation, banking disputes, corporate and partnership conflicts, business torts, and intellectual property protection.

Levine is widely recognized for his strategic, results-oriented approach to litigation and for fostering long-term client relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and integrity. In addition to his legal work, he has held leadership roles in several professional and civic organizations throughout the region, including the University Club of Orlando, the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida, and the Stetson Lawyers Association Advisory Council. He is also a Leadership Orlando alum.
Levine earned his J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law and his B.A. from Gettysburg College. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
