Samuel J. Capuano Begins Term as President of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida

Berger Singerman, Florida's business law firm, is pleased to announce that Samuel J. Capuano has begun his term as President of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.

As President, Sam will lead the Association in advancing its mission of promoting excellence in the practice of bankruptcy law through education, professionalism, and collegiality among members of the bankruptcy and restructuring community throughout South Florida.

Sam has been actively involved with the Bankruptcy Bar Association throughout his career, serving in leadership roles and contributing to the Association's educational programming and initiatives.
