Bryan S. Appel strategically applies his accounting roots as both a corporate and a transactional tax attorney. He concentrates his practice in domestic and international tax and wealth planning while assisting the firm’s corporate and real estate practice groups in analyzing, structuring, negotiating, and drafting business transaction documents in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, private equity and financing transactions to achieve tax efficiency.
As a key member of the firm's innovation team, Bryan adds value by prioritizing technology to ensure each client matter is handled in an efficient and effective manner. Outside the office, Bryan is an avid golfer as well as South Florida and college sports fan.
