Jessica Pavlik is the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) at Berger Singerman. Jessica oversees all of the firm’s financial and operational functions, including human resources and technology. She has been a key resource in Berger Singerman’s senior management, the Executive Committee, Compensation Committee and the firm’s strategic planning. She is a highly motivated, hands-on, results-oriented, and problem solver executive, whose innovative style and technical skills have been instrumental in the implementation and training of financial management, project management, and process improvement processes, allowing attorneys to work more collaboratively, efficiently, and effectively with clients and one another. She has also implemented customizable on-line productivity and profitability dashboards. Her laser-focused approach enhances efficiency and increased profitability. As Berger Singerman’s COO, Jessica also plays an integral role in the firm’s recruitment efforts as the number of attorneys has doubled during her tenure.
Jessica joined the firm in 1999 as the firm’s Controller and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2002 and Chief Operating Officer in 2012. Additionally, she recently participated on a South Florida Business Journal roundtable on the topic of company management and financial growth. She was selected by South Florida Business & Wealth (SFBW) as one of the 24 C-Level recipients of the 2015 Apogee Awards and was a finalist for the South Florida Business Journal’s CFO award in 2011.
Jessica has served on the Board of A Child is Missing and continues to raise funds for The Leukemia Lymphoma Society, since being recognized as Woman of the Year in 2012.
