Kenneth W. Waterway is a Partner on Berger Singerman’s Dispute Resolution Team based in Fort Lauderdale. He is an experienced trial lawyer – through more than 25 years of civil litigation practice Ken has tried dozens of jury and non-jury cases in federal and state courts. Ken primarily represents entrepreneur-led companies in complex commercial litigation and business disputes. He handles a variety of contract actions, shareholder/partnership disputes, claims of fraud and business torts, and intellectual property litigation primarily relating to Lanham Act and trade secret claims. He also has extensive experience in product liability, breach of warranty, and Federal Employers Liability Act matters, in which he has a long history representing and counseling heavy equipment manufacturers and distributors, energy companies, and transportation companies and railroads in high-exposure proceedings.
