Marc Levine is a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team based in its Orlando office. He is a seasoned trial and appellate attorney with a distinguished track record in complex commercial and business litigation across Florida. Marc brings deep experience handling high-stakes disputes involving contract enforcement, construction and real estate litigation, banking matters, corporate and partnership disputes, business tort and trade secret litigation, commercial landlord-tenant issues, and intellectual property protection.
He is recognized for his strategic advocacy and commitment to delivering results in challenging litigation. Beyond his legal practice, Marc is actively engaged in the legal and civic communities and has held leadership roles with professional and nonprofit organizations throughout Central Florida.
