Paige Minch is an associate on Berger Singerman’s Business, Finance & Tax Team in the firm’s Orlando office. Her practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation and other business transactions.
Paige has experience drafting and reviewing transaction and corporate governance documents, conducting and coordinating legal due diligence, preparing disclosure schedules and assisting with transaction closings. She also advises businesses on organizational and governance matters.
