Scott “SJ” R. Jablonski is a partner in Berger Singerman’s Fort Lauderdale office and a member of the Business, Finance & Tax team. Scott focuses his practice on assisting clients in a broad array of industries with domestic and cross-border transactions including complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private securities offerings, and other corporate finance transactions. Scott also has extensive experience in serving as outside general counsel to businesses of all sizes, counseling clients in respect of their corporate structuring and governance matters, strategic planning and operational matters, personnel contracts and matters, commercial and licensing agreements, and commercial disputes. Scott is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese. He also is currently completing Suffolk University Law School’s Legal Innovation & Technology Certificate Program, which focuses on applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, and disruptive legal technologies, to the provision of legal services to enhance client value.
