  • Represented Independent Finance and Insurance Corporation in defense of breach of contract and theft of trade secrets claims in Sterling & Sterling of Florida v. Robert Bobyack.
  • Represent Harbourside Place, LLC in connection with the prosecution of claims against the Town of Jupiter in Harbourside Place, LLC v. Town of Jupiter Florida.
  • Represented Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. in connection with enforcement of a non-compete agreement in Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. v. Ruairi Rex McGrath.
  • Represented secured creditor and indirect investor in connection with the bankruptcy of the Five Guys Franchise in Broward County, Florida and associated adversary proceedings in In re ASIC Broward, LLC.
  • Represented Charles P. Darby, III and Moultrieville Cayman, LLC in defending an arbitration involving the foreclosure of a yacht.
  • Represented Kalei Dudoit in connection with the defense of a non-compete agreement in Autonation, Inc. v. Kalei Dudoit.
  • Represented Gail Frank in connection with partnership dispute in Gail Frank v. Ferk Family, LP. 
  • Represent the Conservator of the Madoff Feeder Funds, P&S Associates and S&P Associates in connection with litigation against net winners and Madoff insiders Frank Avellino and Michael Bienes.
  • Represent the bankruptcy trustee in In re CLSF III, IV, Inc., a bankruptcy proceeding arising out of a $200 million life settlements fraud in connection with litigation seeking to recover more than $100 million in fraudulent transfers, and the liquidation of 22 life insurance policies.
  • Represented secured creditor WAP Holdings, LLC in connection with its successful acquisition of a mixed-use warehouse in Miami, Florida.
  • Represented Sirius XM in defense of Telephone Consumer Protection Act claim.
  • Represented Teterboro RAMS, LLC, in defending and enforcing airplane mechanics liens in bankruptcy court and in state court litigation.
  • Represented the Liquidating Trustee of the HearUSA Liquidating Trust in connection with distributions and in related litigation.
  • Represented Nicholas A. Mastroianni in connection with and resolved numerous lawsuits to permit the refinancing of Harbourside Place, LLC for more than $180 million dollars.
  • Represented Harbourside Funding, LP, Harbourside Funding GP, LLC and Florida Regional Center, LLC in connection with claims for a breach of a settlement agreement.
  • Represented consenting owners, and the debtor in connection with the $100 million dollar sale of an oil refinery in Corpus Christi Texas in In re Trigeant, Ltd.
  • Represented two trusts in connection with divorce proceedings in Ward v. Ward, and successfully effectuated dismissal for lack of jurisdiction.
  • Represented the State of Florida, in criminal prosecutions, where he sat as first chair in one litigation matter, and represented the state in hearings and other matters.
  • As an intern, part of the litigation team which represented the plaintiff in the matter of Schein v. Ernst & Young, which resulted in a 16 million dollar verdict.
