Berger Singerman Celebrates 40th Anniversary with Community Day of Service and Charitable Donations Across Florida
November 5, 2025
Berger Singerman, Florida’s Business Law Firm, commemorated its 40th anniversary by giving back to the communities that have supported its growth over the past four decades. As part of its “A Day of Service: 40th Anniversary Community Initiative,” the firm combined hands-on volunteerism with charitable giving across its six offices in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, Tallahassee, Tampa, and West Palm Beach.
Attorney and non-attorney team members from the Miami office volunteered at Camillus House, assisting with projects to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The firm’s Fort Lauderdale team members did a day of service at the Humane Society of Broward County, helping care for shelter animals and improving facilities for staff and visitors. Each volunteer event was accompanied by a monetary donation from the firm.
In addition, team members from Berger Singerman’s other offices in Orlando, Tallahassee, Tampa, and West Palm Beach, each selected local nonprofit organizations to receive charitable contributions, extending the firm’s impact statewide.
“This initiative reflects our deep gratitude for the communities that have supported Berger Singerman for the past 40 years,” said Jordi Guso, Managing Partner of Berger Singerman. “By combining financial support with hands-on volunteer efforts, we celebrate our milestone anniversary in a way that strengthens our connection to the people and organizations that make Florida thrive.”
The 40th-anniversary initiative continues Berger Singerman’s long-standing tradition of philanthropy and community involvement. The firm has marked prior milestones with charitable giving, including $250,000 in donations to Florida nonprofits for its 25th anniversary and $300,000 to 30 charities for its 30th. The 40th anniversary expands on that legacy with a renewed focus on service and collaboration.
In addition to its statewide efforts, Berger Singerman also donated to the Red Cross – Jamaica Relief Fund to support recovery and rebuilding efforts following the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa. This contribution reflects the firm’s commitment to supporting communities beyond Florida, including places with personal connections to members of its team.
