Fernando Bolaños is an associate in Berger Singerman’s Miami office and a member of the firm’s Business, Finance & Tax team. He advises domestic and international clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including private fund formation, structuring of real estate-related joint ventures, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate restructurings, and general corporate governance.
Fernando has experience supporting private equity sponsors, developers, and business owners in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, capital raises, financing, and structuring of real estate-related joint ventures and other investment vehicles for use in projects involving the development of luxury condominiums, hotels, restaurants, and other commercial and residential properties. He also advises Latin American clients on sophisticated cross-border U.S. matters, providing tailored guidance on entity structuring, investor documentation, and corporate compliance. Fernando is legally proficient in Spanish and brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to helping clients navigate complex transactions.
