Jodi Corrigan, based in Tampa, is a member of Berger Singerman’s Dispute Resolution Team. She focuses her practice on appellate matters, commercial litigation, and administrative litigation.
Jodi represents clients in appellate and complex commercial litigation matters and has briefed and appeared before Florida’s state appellate courts, the Florida Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is admitted to practice in all federal district courts in Florida. Jodi has represented clients in administrative proceedings involving coastal construction, water use permitting and assorted other environmental matters.
