Harry Teichman, Michael Keskonis, Ryan Cox and Kathryn Jones bring decades of combined experience in tax, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and government and regulatory matters, further strengthening the firm's depth of legal talent.

Harry Teichman – Tampa
Harry Teichman joins the firm as a partner in the Business, Finance & Tax Team in Tampa. With more than 25 years of experience, he advises businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and high-net-worth individuals on complex tax, transactional and estate planning matters. His practice includes business tax planning, corporate structuring, tax controversies, succession planning, renewable energy transactions and tax credit matters. He regularly represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Florida taxing authorities and state and federal courts.
Teichman earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami and his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University.
Michael J. Keskonis – Fort Lauderdale
Michael Keskonis joins Berger Singerman's Fort Lauderdale office as partner on the Business, Finance & Tax Team. He brings extensive experience advising multinational corporations and private businesses on domestic and international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financings and tax controversies. Throughout his career, he has held senior tax leadership roles at leading law firms and global companies, counseling clients on sophisticated transactions and strategic business initiatives.
Keskonis earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University.
Ryan Cedrone Cox – Tallahassee
Ryan Cox joins the firm's Tallahassee office as a partner on the Governmental & Regulatory Team. Her practice focuses on government affairs, public policy and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience advising organizations on legislative strategy, compliance, nonprofit governance and procurement related issues. She has extensive experience representing clients before the Florida Legislature, executive agencies and state administrative agencies. Prior to joining Berger Singerman, Cox held leadership positions with the Florida Senate and the Executive Office of the Governor and served as counsel to a variety of public and private organizations.
Cox earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Biology, magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
Kathryn P. Jones – Orlando
Kathryn Jones joins Berger Singerman's Orlando office as a partner on the Business, Finance & Tax Team. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and advises closely held businesses through all phases of the corporate life cycle, including business structuring, governance, commercial relationships and strategic transactions. She represents clients ranging from startups to established companies, developing practical legal solutions tailored to their long-term business objectives.
Jones earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Florida.
