Michael J. Keskonis is a member of Berger Singerman's Business, Finance & Tax Team and is resident in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office. Michael focuses his practice on advising public and private companies, private equity sponsors, investors, and closely held businesses on the tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financings, divestitures, joint ventures, post-acquisition integrations, transfer pricing, tax controversies, and strategic tax planning.
